Data Deduplication Solutions to Drive Additional Value for Avnet's Storage VARs
TEMPE, Ariz. -- Avnet Technology Solutions, the solutions distribution leader and an operating group of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), today announced a distribution agreement with Data Domain, Inc., the leading provider of deduplication storage systems. Data Domain delivers inline deduplication storage systems to reduce enterprise storage capacity requirements and optimize data management and recovery processes. Data Domain storage systems are complementary to a broad range of server and storage platforms currently supported by Avnet's value-added resellers (VARs). The distribution agreement is available to Avnet resellers in the United States and Canada.
