Munich -- Infineon Technologies AG announced that pan-European semiconductor distribution specialist EBV Elektronik, an Avnet Company, for the fifth consecutive year, has received the European Distributor of the Year Award for excellent overall performance.
"EBV Elektronik was again a major contributor to Infineon‘s strong, growing distribution business in 2004," said Marika Nahogyil, Infineon’s Senior Director Distribution, Europe. “EBV was able to further grow its sales and the revenue has reached No. 1 or No. 2 in all product lines and they have achieved outstanding design-Ins. This outstanding result and the reliable and successful relationship our companies have built deserve recognition.”
