Award recognizes Avnet Cilicon for achieving aggressive goals in North America
PHOENIX, Ariz. -- Avnet Electronics Marketing, the largest operating group of Phoenix-based Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), announces the company’s Avnet Cilicon division has been named the 2003 Distributor of the Year by Infineon Technologies, AG, a leading innovator in the international semiconductor industry. Avnet Cilicon, Avnet’s North American semiconductor distribution specialist division, supports the complete line of semiconductor products from Infineon Technologies, AG, including both memory and logic products -- digital, mixed-signal and analog ICs, discrete semiconductor products and system solutions.
